Saturday Bread Ministry
 Kilgore Bible Church is a regular participant in the Saturday Bread Ministry in Kilgore. The Saturday Bread ministry was created to meet the Saturday food delivery needs of local shut-ins that have been served during the week by Meals-on-Wheels. It has expanded to serve others in similar circumstances. In addition, meals are also prepared to serve to those dropping in during the lunch hour on Saturdays. Kilgore Bible Church is one of thirteen churches and civic groups that provide the manpower and vehicles to prepare and deliver approximately 100 meals each Saturday. We prepare and deliver meals from the kitchen of First Presbyterian Church in Kilgore. KBC's team serves once each calendar quarter. Our team draws from all the age groups at our church. Many participate as families. This ministry has been an excellent opportunity to meet and pray with people in Kilgore that do not attend KBC.
